The Women's Economic Security and Wellbeing Report 2025 is out.

Queensland women are making strides in economic participation, but challenges remain.

The gender pay gap has decreased to 12.6%, however, 15.4% of women retire with no personal income.

Women continue to be overrepresented in insecure, lower paid jobs.
