Tell us about an event

We feature events for women and girls in our event calendar and newsletter. To tell us about an event, fill in our form.

Event details
Enter the title of your event. (max. 90 characters)
Enter a short description of your event in less than 160 characters.
Enter the building name and address. If the event is online, enter Online.
Enter the Google map directions URL to the event location.
Enter how you are making the event accessible. For example, Wheelchair access
Enter details about the event.
Contact details
Name of the person or group holding the event.
Enter a contact phone number for enquiries about the event.
Enter a contact email address for enquiries about the event.
Enter a website URL for more information about the event.
Enter social media URLs for more information about the event.

Image and resources

We use images to advertise events on the Office for Women website. If you have an image for your event, please email it to women@qld.gov.au and include the event name in your email.

Please ensure that images:

  • don’t contain any text
  • are royalty-free
  • have consent from any identifiable persons in the image.

If you don’t have an image, we’ll use a suitable stock image instead.
