- Hudson 20:20 Series. Breaking the Cultural Mould: The Key to Women's Career Success. 2004 - This Australian research paper outlines the need for organisations to support women's workforce participation, and suggests some strategies to achieve this. There is a focus on analysing corporate culture.

- Department of Trade and Industry, United Kingdom. Building Better Boards. 2004 - A resource produced by the British Department of Trade and Industry that presents strategies to achieve good corporate governance. Boardroom diversity is included as a strategy to achieve good corporate governance.
