2009 Community Leadership Seminar series
Are you an Indigenous woman or girl leading the way in your local community? Or would you like to develop your leadership skills further?
Indigenous Queensland women and girls are invited to develop their community leadership skills at the 2009 Community Leadership Seminar series.
By attending a seminar you will:
- learn the skills and tools to lead more effectively
- hear from inspiring Indigenous women leaders and learn about what they have achieved
- develop networks and mentoring groups
- receive information and discover more about training and other opportunities.
Upcoming seminar locations
The first 2009 Community Leadership Seminar was delivered in Ipswich on 29 May and was attended by 82 Indigenous women and girls from the Moreton region.
Seminars are also planned for a range of other locations throughout Queensland. Watch this space for updates on seminar details as they become available!
